We're looking for a Content Operations Lead to join our team in Singapore as part of our Operations function.

Role Overview


The Content Operations Lead role will sit within the Money20/20 Operations Team to manage the operational delivery of the speakers and content program at Money20/20 Asia.

The role is to continually provide the best possible customer experience for our speakers and offer high quality customer service along their speaker journey whilst ensuring that our internal content strategy is delivered to the highest level.

The content perations lead will be a core role both in the lead up to and during the onsite delivery of the show.

The role will require travel to the Money20/20 shows.

Key Accountabilities

  • Take on the full operational delivery of the content program; devise and manage an operational plan to cover full process from concept to planning and then delivery
  • Ensure problem free planning, buildup, open days and breakdown for the event in full collaboration with the full operations team and event suppliers, especially the Audio/Visual Technical team
  • Be a strategic partner by providing operational advice and assistance to the content and marketing teams working with them to ensure content strategy and budget, speaker advocacy and onsite experience is logístically sound
  • Oversee the speaker journey which includes content portal management, website profiles, registration, preshow materials for readiness, marketing tools for promotion, VIP Travel, Speaker Riders (if applicable) and post show analysis
  • Main liaison with speakers to coordinate logistics and ensure program/speakerrelated deadlines and requirements are met
  • Source, plan and oversee delivery of speaker gifts
  • Collaborate closely with GS Contractor and internal Content team to ensure stages and content spaces are conducive to event goals and within budget
  • Manage postevent reconciliation, reporting, and debrief process
  • Support the Content Operations Leads of other Money20/20 products on specific projects in the run up and on site.

Your Experience

  • 23 year proven largescale international event experience at operations manager level, essential
  • Strong planning, prioritisation and implementation skills with focus on detail
  • Able to think creatively and come up with bespoke ideas
  • Negotiation and financial/budget management skills
  • Ability to work in a highperforming, fast paced environment
  • Works well within a team
  • Selfmotivated, accountable and sets own goals
  • Good communications skills and great customer service
  • Patient, calm and composed under pressure
Special requirements

  • As this role supports across shows across the different time zones, alternative work hours will be required, as necessary
  • This role is essential to the onsite delivery so it is necessary that the successful applicant is able to travel, including but not limited to Thailand, The Netherlands, the United States of America and the United Kingdom
