We are looking for a Sales Engineer who wants to be part of a fast-growing FinTech, use their functional/technical skills and imagination to shake things up in the traditional financial business ecosystem by being a member of a world class Solution Engineering team that sits in the presales function.

Now you may be wondering what your day-to-day will look like. You will...

  • Provide Coherent expertise to prospect/customer through compelling sales presentations, highly engaging product demonstrations and soundproof of Value (POVs)
  • Develop prospect and partner relationships by listening to, understanding, and anticipating prospect needs as part of the sales process
  • Provide feedback to Product Management and Engineering teams on product shortcomings, enhancements, and market feedback
  • Support customer success and onboarding, increase knowledge transfer, and reduce risk
  • Travel when required, anticipate up to 15% of total time
  • Other duties as assigned or required by management
  • Bachelor's Degree or an additional 4 years work experience
  • Experience working in Banking & Capital Markets or Life & Retirement sectors
  • Proven ability to learn new technology and product capabilities
  • People Management / Interpersonal skills experience dealing effectively with people in various roles
  • Ability to constructively participate in a collaborative team environment
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Strong presentation, analytical, and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work independently with initiative to manage prospect's issues to successful conclusion
  • Proven ability to leverage and work across a team of high performing individuals and teams.

Nice to have:


  • Previous experience working directly with customers and/or prospects
  • Experience with positioning a SaaS value proposition
  • Proven ability to manage other individuals in delivery of key projects
  • Previous experience identifying client needs and relating to ROI/business benefit statements
