Description

**Our client is in the events industry, part of a British Multinational company. They elevate the power of face to face events by combining data and digital products to create magical experiences and continual connections. They are located in the East - easily accessible.

Position:
Project Coordinator (1 Year Contract)

Location:
Changi

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9.00am 6.00pm

Responsibilities:

Assisting the project team in all sales, operations, marketing, and administrative support as required.
Liaising with team members to enhance customer relations with exhibitors and visitors.
Compiling show directory, maintaining show databases and promotional materials, and verifying invoices.
Monitoring payment status, processing contracts, and sales reports as tasked.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in any discipline, preferably with at least 1 year of working experience
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Good communication skills
