Roles & Responsibilities

Position: QA Inspector

Location: Tuas

Working hours: 4 days work week, 12 hours rotating shift, 08:15am to 08:15pm / 08:15pm to 08:15am

Salary: Up to $2,000

Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality control activities (inbound, outbound, returned goods) according to approved regulations and requirements (customer and internal)
• Daily inspection using CMM, Smart Scope, Microscope, etc
• Raise internal rejection form and update inspection report into system
• Approves production by confirming specifications, visual & measurement tools for first off & In-process inspection & Outgoing using specified measuring and test equipment
• Performs verification of in-process & OQC products per sampling plan and keeps accurate and detailed records
• Visually compares workpieces against one another to assess/detect manufacturing measurement in the process.
• Prepare COC, Data Entry & Operate Burst Test Machine
• Other ad-hoc tasks/assignment assigned by superior

Requirements:

• At least one year or more experience in a relevant field
• Ability to understand drawing or inspection plan
• With hands-on experience in precision measurement devices, e.g. smart scope, digital
• Immediate starters preferred / with short notice
