Finance Executive - Singapore - RIVERA
Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Finance Executive to join our team.As a Finance Executive, you will play a vital role in managing accounts receivables, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, collections, and financial record keeping.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and distribute client statements, reminders, and payment notices to facilitate timely collections.
- Follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain uptodate and accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions, including payments, adjustments, and collections activities.
- Reconcile discrepancies and resolve billing issues promptly, collaborating with internal departments, clients, and stakeholders as necessary.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements related to accounts receivables, highlighting trends, delinquencies, and potential risks.
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline processes, implement improvements, and optimize accounts receivables operations.
- Support the finance team in monthend and yearend closing activities, including financial analysis and audit preparations.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
- Proven experience as a Finance Assistant or in a similar role, preferably with a focus on accounts receivables management. Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems.
- Strong knowledge of accounts receivables principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record keeping.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficient in Accounting and Invoicing Software such as Zero.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and a positive work ethic.
- Knowledge of relevant accounting and finance regulations and standards is a plus.
