    We are looking for a driven and passionate Marketing Manager to take the lead in Marketing efforts. This is a high growth potential role, as this is position 0 in the Marketing department, this person has the opportunity to co-create & drive a robust Marketing strategy that aligns with our Sales strategy. This is a Singapore focused role, however, has the potential to grow into a regional and global role quickly, for the right candidate.

    The Position:

    BRAND MARKETING MANAGER

    As the Brand Marketing Manager for Chab, it's about the 'everythingness' captured in the essence of 'us-ness.' It's about diving deep into the core of our identity and wholeheartedly believing.     This role, however, extends beyond just representing Chab. It seamlessly transitions into your client-focused duties, which require you to spend a significant portion of time working directly with the creative and account teams. Yes, sometimes it's about us, but at other times, it's about them.

    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:


    • Reporting directly to the Chief Creative Officer, you will oversee the agency's complete marketing and branding initiatives. Your role is holistic, encompassing everything from PR to tech. Conceptualising innovative ideas, you're responsible for amplifying reach, generating leads, raising brand equity, and driving traffic. Your tasks include devising a growth marketing strategy, crafting brand loyalty programmes, and executing a comprehensive 360-degree marketing approach. Essentially, you are at the forefront of transforming the Chab voice through groundbreaking marketing and experience strategies.


    • Digital Direction: As the keeper of social channels and content for web, you'll also manage SEO and optimisation.


    • Creative Leadership: You'll ensure our ideas are impactful and relevant. Oversee the quality of creative products and ensure campaigns align with the brand's core essence. Monitor, evaluate, and provide insights for campaign enhancement.


    • Strategy Development: Lead and engage in strategic discussions internal and with clients, ensuring operational efficiency.


    • Operational Oversight: Engage relevant stakeholders for strategic initiatives. Proactively address challenges, liaising with the Business Lead/Executive Partner when necessary.


    • Team Management: Oversee the growth, training, and management of project teams to insure their understanding and growth. Set a clear vision, ensure optimal team dynamics and focussed delivery of projects.


    • Client Related Assignments and Relationships: Understand and address our clients' marketing challenges. Stay abreast of their objectives and foster cooperation with their external partners. Also, ensure all upcoming projects are well-coordinated with the Business Lead.

    Experience and Education:


    • A minimum of 5-7 years in marketing, complemented by a relevant educational background.


    • Proficiency in digital marketing and the creation of marketing campaigns.


    • Familiarity with Google Analytics and SEO/SEM strategies.


    • Expertise in social media management and ad buys.

    Technical and Soft Skills:


    • Strong visual discernment, superior writing, and language skills, with the capability to craft original and compelling content.


    • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom is a plus.


    • Effective project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and adhere to strict deadlines.


    • Self-driven, resourceful, and adept at working in a diverse, cross-functional, multinational environment.
