Key Responsibilities:

. Manage the daily operations of the centre

. Support in marketing efforts to achieve enrolment targets

. Manage manpower related issues (e.g. duty roster, training and development)

. Work within licensing and regulatory requirements

. Coach and mentor fellow teaching professionals to raise productivity and performance.

. Support team in the planning and execution of curriculum development and delivery

. Teacher and parent management

. Lead in organizing and execution of Company's related events

Requirements:

. Minimum Diploma in Preschool (Leadership)

. Certificate in Special Needs or related field will be an added advantage
