    Description

    Job Functions

    1. Develop, implement and monitor training programs within an organization within approved annual training budgets.
    2. Design, develop and conduct corporate induction and orientation courses for all new team members.
    3. Effectively design, develop, coordinate and implement all other training and development programs for other train as scheduled and in accordance with the overall training implementation plan as well as each team member's annual training road map.
    4. Ensure annual corporate vision and mission objectives are met with training interventions whenever possible.
    5. Actively search, creatively design and energetically implement effective methods to educate, enhance performance and recognize performance.
    6. Serve as an active member of the Training Department's team.
    7. Assists the Training Manager in developing annual training and development budgets and plans.
    8. Create individual development plans for each team member reporting to him / her.
    9. Create relevant new courses to close the performance gaps of team members based on complete feed forward as part of the post-course evaluation process.
    10. Recommend necessary revisions to existing training courses as well as probable areas requiring training courses.
    11. Research, manage, develop, train, schedule curriculum and assessment according to work requirement which include but not limited to WSQ, OJT etc with close consultation with Training Manager and respective Department Manager
    12. Review effectiveness of training and learning outcome.
    13. Assess suitability of trainee for work, to discharge or discontinue poor performance of the trainees immediately.
    14. Employees are to comply with any established procedures as provided.
    15. Employees are to understand the environmental policy.
    16. Employees are to help to achieve the departmental objectives and targets.
    17. Employees are encouraged to provide feedbacks on matters relating to the environment.
