Job Description
We are providing IT support and managed services to clients in Singapore. We are required to perform the following:
1) Level 2 Remote Helpdesk IT support and maintenance service.
2) Communicate with users directly and provide solutions or workaround to their technical issues.
3) Create or update documentation.
4) Installation, configurations, and setup of IT systems, software, and peripherals.
5) Installation of software and perform migration of old to new systems.
6) Manage Endpoint protections and response to cyber security threats.
Requirements
1) Relevant IT Certificates or Diploma
2) Cybersecurity certifications or specialization is a bonus
