Job Scope:

• Support QP(Supervision) in overseeing civil/structural works and geotechnical activities on site.

• Collaborate closely with the Project Team, QP(Supervision), QP(Design), Client, Contractors, and Authorities to ensure project completion within schedule.

• Attend regular site progress meetings to resolve site issues.

• Conduct regular site inspections on the Contractor's works to uphold supervision standard and ensure site safety.

• Evaluate Contractor's submissions to ensure compliance with regulatory and Client's requirements.

• Monitor that the Contractor's works are carried out in accordance with approved designs and drawings.

• Identify and address any non-conformance of the Contractor's works and ensure corrective action are taken.

• Mantain accurate and updated site documentation for ongoing and completed works.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by BCA/IES/ACES with minimum three (3) years of relevant work experience

• Candidate must be a registered Resident Engineer in IES/ACES

• Well-versed with local Building Regulations/Acts and Codes of Practice.

• Preferably possess working experience in geotechnical and instrumentation works
