    Roles & Responsibilities
    • Position: Admin Assistant
    • Location: Sims Close
    • Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9.30am - 6.30pm)
    • Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,000 + Performance Bonus
    • Duration: Permanent
    • Industry: Design Agency

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Answer and direct phone calls
    • Organise and schedule meetings and appointments
    • Develop and maintain a filing system
    • Manage and order office supplies
    • Check claims and data-entry
    • Open letter box
    • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

    Requirements:

    • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
    • Minimum 'O' Level and 1 year of administrative experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
