Job purpose


The HR and Admin Executive is responsible for providing comprehensive support in human resources and administrative functions within the organization.

This role plays a vital role in managing day-to-day HR operations, maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment and onboarding processes, managing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

The HR and Admin Executive will also assist in various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.


Duties and responsibilities

HR Operations:


  • Administer and maintain accurate employee records, including personal details, attendance, leaves,
and performance evaluations.

  • Prepare HRrelated documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination letters.
  • Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Assist in managing employee benefits, including insurance coverage, leaves, and claims.
  • Support the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in conducting employee engagement initiatives and surveys.

Recruitment and Selection:


  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.

  • Assist in drafting and updating job descriptions and specifications.
  • Support the coordination of interviews, assessments, and preemployment checks.
  • Maintain the applicant tracking system and ensure accurate and uptodate recruitment records.

Training and Development:


  • Assist in organizing and coordinating training programs, workshops, and seminars.
  • Liaise with external training providers and internal stakeholders to ensure training logistics and materials are prepared.
  • Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.

Administration:


  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as managing office supplies, handling HR department
incoming call.

  • Support the coordination of company events and meetings.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence

Qualifications

  • Possess at least Diploma in HR/Business Management or equivalent qualification
  • More than 2 years of hands on working experience of Infotech, preferably.
  • Prior experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in Singapore.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of integrity.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
