Description

Job Purpose:
To support day to day reverse logistics operations which include order administration, reporting, billings verification and logistics provider management.


Responsibilities:

Operation Management

  • Understand the various countries reporting requirements and ensure LP's compliance to the process and documentation requirements
  • Follow established standard processes and escalate exceptions to Program Manager as appropriate
  • Maintain and retain collaborative efforts with cross functional groups to achieve success in the project
  • Work closely with other departments, customers and LP to proactively seek options to meet and exceed customer expectations
  • Coordinate and update all Standard Operating Procedures
Report and Finance Management

  • Liaise with LP to ensure timely submission of reports
  • To provide data/reports in a timely manner meeting the statutory/customer's requirement
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to compile and submit the regional annual budget
  • Compile/prepare and submit annual reports to the various stake holders/partners
  • Track monthly billings submissions
  • Perform and manage invoice checking and validation of LP invoices
  • Prepare and present monthly accrual, spending, volume BSC reporting

Job Requirements:


  • Diploma in Logistics Management or relevant qualification with 2 years of working experience in logistics field
  • Ability to articulate the multiple task provided
  • Creative, think out of the box with the ability to mindmap and proposed improvements proactively
  • Good command of English language, both written and spoken; proficient in Mandarin is an added advantage
  • Ability to use basic computer knowledge (i.e. Excel, MS Words, etc.)
