    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and build strong and trusted relationships. Understand client goals, objectives, and challenges to implement integrated communication solutions to that align with the client's business needs.
    • Deliver integrated projects that cover medical publications like manuscripts and abstracts, medical content delivery, advocacy boards, events and webinars, HCP digital solutions, and CME-accredited learning modules.
    • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, including editorial, design, digital, events, and publications teams to deliver best-in-class execution of projects.
    • Manage project progress through a project management system and provide ongoing quality assurance support for these assigned projects.
    • Coordinate the execution of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, and aligned with client expectations
    • Track budgets and delivery of projects to ensure accurate financial management.
    • Prepare and deliver post-campaign reports with recommendations.

    Key Requirements

    • 3-4 years of experience in any of the following roles
    • A Sr. Account Executive/Account Manager in a health communications agency.
    • A Sr. Marketing Executive/Marketing Manager in an ethical pharmaceutical company with experience in marketing campaigns for ethical health brands.
    • University Graduate/Management Graduate.
    • Excellent project coordination, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
    • Highly organized and efficient with a keen eye for detail.
    • Excellent communicator.
    • Experience in working in multicultural teams.
    • Experience in digital marketing is an added advantage
