Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in all human resource functions and administrative matters of the company
- Handling and managing foreign worker welfare i.e Work Injury Compensation Claims, dormitory arrangements and monitoring foreign worker levy matters
- Worker repatriation including purchase of air tickets
- Arrange and inform staff of their medical checkup, course, and MOM appointment
- Compute workers' wages
- Liase with vendors, service providers and building management office in managing the maintenance of office equipment and office premises
- Perform other HR / Admin and adhoc duties as assigned by superior
REQUIREMENTS
- Min 2 years of experience in HR related field
- Construction background is an advantage
- Possess good interpersonal skills and a keen learning attitude
- Motivated and able to work independently
