Mastereign Specialists, a division of Mastereign Group specialises in recruitment, training and deployment of manpower to Singapore government schools.
We are looking for Admin Assistant/ Receptionists to join our tribe.
The Admin Assistant/ Receptionist is expected to perform the following roles and responsibilities:
- Attend to school general Office frontdesk duties
- Handle telephone calls and walkin enquiries
- Receive incoming mails/goods deliveries
- Arrange outgoing mails for posting
- Maintain & update of school records
- Attend to/assist unwell pupils
- Compile of data/ statistics when required
- Assist in other general admin duties when assigned.
You must have:
- A minimum of 'N' Levels or 'O" Levels qualifications
- A passion for enriching, nurturing and impacting the next generation
- A desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A highly driven selfdriven sense of motivation
- Resourcefulness and good problem solving abilities
- A fanatical attention to details
