Our Client is a healing space and chiropractic clinic in northeast Singapore.

Well established in 2011, they started their passion to create the utmost quality of chiropractic care and now they are looking to find a passionate member of their team as a Clinic Receptionist.

- 【 What you will be doing 】

Greeting and welcoming patients and visitors.
Opening/closing of the clinic.
Managing the front desk, including answering phone calls WhatsApp messages, scheduling appointments, and maintaining appointment calendars.
Collecting patient information and updating health records.
Coordinating patient flow, ensuring smooth checkin and checkout including assisting with billing processes
Handling patient inquiries and providing general information about the clinic's services.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Adhering to privacy and confidentiality regulations when handling patient information.

Qualifications:

Requirement:

Proven 12 years of experience in a similar background (clinic, GP or hospital receptionist)
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Great attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in documentation
Ability to work well within a team and collaborate effectively
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and patient needs
