Our client is a leading global bank, looking for Change Manager with client onboarding expertise to join their Asia team in Singapore at AVP level.

Responsibilities:

Provide guidance as a SME to the Client Onboarding team while ensuring work processes and procedures adhere to framework, policies and standards
Manage changes to the work processes outside of annual review exercise and ensure changes are delivered with a focus on control environment
Write Client Onboarding processes and procedure documents
Deliver projects and changes of varying scale across a variety of teams and functions
Manage multiple deadlines and deliver solutions in timely manner

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
At least 68 years' experience in change management/ project management with expertise in KYC, AML, Sanctions, Regulatory Controls
Selfstarter, detail oriented and ability to multitask
Excellent communication, problem solving and stakeholder management skills
Experience with KYC and EDD processes, frameworks, policies and operational implementation
