What you will be working on:

  • Perform wafer level of HCI and NBTI degradation test
  • Study device performance for different processes
  • Understand failure mechanism and make model analysis

Requirements:

  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to realworld projects.
  • Able to commit minimum of 3 months internship program
