    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities

    • Overseeing and directing construction project to completion stage
    • Monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
    • Coordinate and direct workers and subcontractors
    • Select tools, materials, equipment and track inventory
    • Meet contractual conditions of performance
    • Review the work progress and prepare internal and external reports
    • Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques

    Requirements

    • Possess Degree in Civil Engineering from University recognised by PE Board
    • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity in the Construction industry
    • Comprehensive understanding of the contract documents (drawings and specifications), phasing plans, construction sequencing and project schedule
    • Well-experienced in LTA/PUB projects
    • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
    • A team player with good communication skills
    • Meticulous and attentive to details
