    Description

    The company is a leading Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contractor specializing in offshore Oil & Gas (O&G) and offshore wind projects.

    With a strong presence in Singapore and a commitment to excellence, they deliver innovative solutions to our clients, ensuring the successful execution of complex projects in the energy sector.

    They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

    The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of offshore Oil & Gas and offshore wind projects in accordance with client requirements, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines.

    This role will involve close coordination with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project success within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.


    Responsibilities:


    Lead the overall project planning, scheduling, and execution from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project objectives, timelines, and budgetary constraints.

    Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE), and Commissioning to drive project delivery excellence.

    Manage project resources effectively, including manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors, to optimize project efficiency and productivity.

    Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and regulatory authorities to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve any issues or conflicts as they arise.

    Monitor project progress, performance, and risks closely, implementing proactive measures and mitigation strategies to address challenges and deviations from the project plan.

    Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.

    Prepare regular progress reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders, providing updates on project status, milestones, and key deliverables.

    Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the project team, promoting best practices and lessons learned to drive operational excellence.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP) is preferred.

    Proven track record of successful project management experience in the offshore Oil & Gas and/or offshore wind industry, with a focus on EPC projects.

    Strong technical knowledge and understanding of offshore engineering principles, construction methodologies, and industry best practices.
    Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and multicultural teams.
    Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
    Sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and results-oriented approach to project management.

    Familiarity with relevant software tools and project management methodologies (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, Agile, Scrum).Knowledge of international standards and regulations governing offshore energy projects, including API, ISO, and IEC standards.
