Overview:


To Provides support, to brokers or external customer in collaboration with Operations teams to ensure the uptime of OMS Trading Platforms & Trading Venues offered by the firm.


Responsibilities:


  • Daytoday Trade Platform Support tasks and duties
  • OMS User creation, limits & required setup to facilitate clients trading
  • Respond first line to customer trading, system functionality questions and problems
  • Record all queries in client related to trade support analysis
  • Interact with traders & client to identify technical issues
  • Manage client contacts as well as escalation path through problem ownership
  • Ensure & escalate issues to internal resources when necessary
  • Monitor actively and respond to alerts within trading system atmosphere
  • Collaborate with various team members to accomplish firm goals
  • Onboarding, of Trading Clients to various Exchange via Sponsored or FIX protocol & APIs
  • Adhere to TPS policies and procedures
  • Ensures quality service to both internal and external Trading system users
  • Provide holiday support when necessary

Qualifications:

  • A few years of experience in Trading Platform Support or similar roles is preferred.
  • Some understanding of front office trading systems.
  • Highly desired
  • End to End Orders & Trade flow knowledge, from order entry, execution & till clearing.
  • High level accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Conversant with ISVs; TT, CQG, PATS preferred
  • Knowledge of Derivative products and financial markets.
