Aboutthe role:

The Simon-Kucher DataScience and Engineering practice focuses on developing best-in-class approaches andmodels to solve complex business problems using Machine Learning and AdvancedAnalytics. At Simon-Kucher &Partners, you will be an integral part of the project teams working to drivetop-line growth for our clients.

• Utilize your expertise in Machine Learning / Statistics to develop innovative strategies for pricing, marketing, and sales for clients across industries (mobility, industrials, consumer goods, financial services)
• Apply Operational Research methods to address optimization related business problems
• Collaborate with different projects teams on a variety of client projects
• Put your attention to detail to good use by conducting research and observing changes in the advanced analytics market
• Drive business development opportunities, serving as the Data Science expert on highly innovative and analytical project opportunities

• Exercise your intercultural competence by working with internal and external business and technology experts from around the world

ProfileRequirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics or related field would be ideal
• At least 2 years of experience in the data science field
• Experience with Python, SQL, GIT/Jira, Unix/Linux, Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure) would be ideal
• Strong foundation in Software Engineering would be highly desirable
• Quick learner, inquisitive by nature, ability to learn independently
• Clear communication of highly technical material to general audience would be ideal
• A unique blend of Data Science technical understanding, deep industry expertise, and consulting experience would be most desirable
• Willingness and ability to work as part of a team is a must
