    Job Description

    • Industry Type: Information Technology
    • Position Title: Sales Admin Executive
    • Working Location: Geylang East (just beside Paya Lebar MRT exit)
    • Working Hours: 5 days - Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm
    • Benefits: Medical coverage, 14 days leave

    Responsibilities

    • Attending to phone and email enquiries on the company products
    • Prepare quotations & process sales order
    • Furnish product information to customers
    • Liaise with suppliers on quotations and shipments
    • Coordinate with warehouse team on deliveries
    • Responding to sales enquiries from customers in Asia Pacific countries.
    • Receiving and processing confirmation orders.
    • Issuing sales transaction invoices.
    • Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
    • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
    • Expediting orders through internal liaison.
    • Any ad hoc sales job assign by management
    • Products reorder forecast

    Requirements:

    • Good communication skill, warm hospitality, good work attitude
    • Minimum 1-2 years of experience
    • Proficiency in English, Microsoft Word and Excel
    • MYOB/ABSS knowledge is an advantage
    • Willing to learn and grow as a team player
