G.spa is a nature-inspired retreat and a one-stop spa destination rolled into one.

Open 24 hours everyday, we provide a wide range of top-to-toe treatment services for both female and male guests and a wide range of facilities for the public and corporate groups.

Due to high customer flow, we are adding manpower, for full-time receptionist position.

Description:

Handle walk in and phone call reservations
Ensure guest information updated accurately in system
Respond to guest alerts efficiently
Cashiering duties
Arrangement of therapist jobs
Provide professional recommendations on treatments
Promote membership package to clients
Conduct spa tours for new clients if necessary
Other administrative duties as assignedRequirement:
Good customer service and communication skills
Teamwork
Bilingual in English & Chinese
Willing to work shift hour from 12pm9pm/2pm11pm
Must be able to work on weekends and public holidaysComfortable to work 6 days a week
