    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Managing a Facilities Management team in ensure smooth office operations, and that related maintenance/ safety standards/ regular checks are in compliance to regulations.
    • Ensuring assigned maintenance activities are carried out in a timely manner. (eg. Cleaning, Landscape, PPM, etc)
    • Managing assigned A&A and minor repair works if any.
    • Managing strategic partners / sub-contractors / technicians in the conduct of maintenance works (eg. Raise purchase order, assessing work performance, conducting inspections and site walk).
    • Schedule and assign all work requests and work order submitted by clients.
    • Assisting as client rep for any liaising/ coordination with Building Management (eg. Annual shutdown, Firedrill exercise).
    • Schedule and assign all inspection and audits works is any.
    • Ensure manpower arrangement and team members to update the system accordingly. (eg. Leave and MC application).
    • Generate necessary reporting documents for claims and management reporting. (eg. Prepare facilities budgeting and keep records of all operational expenses for further review and analysis, Monthly report for work tracker/ monitoring).
    Qualification, Knowledge & Experience:
    • At least 3 years of related working experience
    • Diploma in Building/Facilities/Property Management discipline from a recognized establishment
    • Excellent written and spoken English.
    • Good verbal and written communication skills to front and liaise with all levels of landlords / tenants
    • Good interpersonal skills to build good relationships with stakeholders and clients.
    • Dynamic, resourceful, self-motivated, able to work independently as well as in a team.
    • Proficient in computers and Microsoft Office
