A Research Fell position is available in the Centre for System Intelligence and Efficiency (CSIE), School of Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.

Job Description:

The Research Fellow will work on a project to conduct the research on development of direct-drive motor system.

The roles of this position include:

Development of new topologies for electric motor drive with novel structures
Development of new power converters for electric motor drives
Development of new control algorithms for electric motor drives

Job Requirements:

PhD in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or related field
Expertise in motor design, control, and fabrication
Knowledge in analytical and numerical modelling
Publication track record is an advantage
Proficiency in English
