Senior Finance Executive - Singapore - A Hr Employment Services

Summary:

We are looking for self-motivated individuals with a strong passion for learning and growing a career in an expanding Corporate and Accounting Services company in Singapore and Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and maintain clients' accounts - accounts receivables, accounts payables, reconciliations, and invoicing
2. Support in preparing monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing of accounts
3. Assist in GST Filing and maintaining proper filing of accounting statements and records
4. Ensure the accuracy of financial documents as well as compliance with relevant laws and regulations
5. Liaise with clients on statutory and corporate compliance matters
6. Take up additional duties to support the team

Qualifications:

1. Diploma/Degree in Finance or Accountancy with 2-3 years of relevant working experience
2. Sound analytical and meticulous in numbers
3. Good communication, and interpersonal skills and enjoy teamwork
4. Ability to work independently with strong accountability
5. Proficient in computer skills and high efficiency in Microsoft Office
