- Manage and oversee business tax compliance and advisory projects
- Create budgets, allocate resources, and supervise engagements
- Engage with clients regularly, manage their expectations, and ensure outstanding service
- Collaborate with tax professionals in other areas to deliver comprehensive tax solutions
- Lead the compliance management process and adapt to changing requirements
- Support a compliance group by forecasting future work, delegating effectively, and resolving issues
- Share knowledge to enhance service delivery and professional development, foster open communication, and supervise colleagues
- Participate in recruitment activities as needed
- Promote a flexible, supportive, and team-oriented work environment
- University degree with at least 5 years of relevant business tax experience for Managers or 8 years for Senior Managers
- A CPA/CA or equivalent certification in a relevant field
- Strong supervisory, analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex assignments
- Commitment to learning in a tax technology setting
- Proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of Mandarin is a plus
- Experience in public accounting firms and accreditation by SCTP
