RECEPTION:
Registration of patients. Manage the queue system.
Handle phone enquiries and schedule appointments for clinic patients and specialist referral appointments.
Must be Computer literate
- able to operate Clinic Management SoftwareAble to trace and file case notes
CLINIC DUTIES:
Able to wear Personal Protection Equipment as required.
Manage Laboratory specimens - track sent out lab specimens,handle and trace incoming laboratory reports (if necessary), contact patients for follow up.
Able to do simpe screening/take clinical parameters for patients egHeight, Weight, Blood Pressure, Eye sight ( Training will be provided)Dispense medication and collection of payment( cash and cashless)Able to operate the cash register and cashless payment system.
Able to resolve daily accounts aures, clean and sterilise medical equipmentAssist in cleaning and disinfectiot the end of operation.Assist doctor in certain procedn of clinic premise when required.
Handle and pack incoming stock, data entry of incoming, stock take medication and medical supplies.
