    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Take direct sales responsibility for the region, meeting quarterly targets through meticulous market research, product knowledge, and client prospecting.
    • Conduct comprehensive sales planning and forecasting to support company and client goals effectively.
    • Provide strong leadership to regional teams, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve shared objectives and ensure optimal performance.
    • Manage client relationships with diligence, ensuring compliance with licensors' policies and providing support to licensees to maximize performance and fulfillment of obligations.

    Requirement

    • Degree in Sales & Marketing, Engineering or equivalent
    • At least 5 years of working experience dealing with New & Used Construction Equipment
    • Able to commit to intensive traveling commitment
