Responsibilities:

Perform all production activities at various stage and to work as a team to achieve production targets, ensure effective and efficient operations of the Company.
Responsible for handling day to day technical tasks, cut, grind and handle raw materials, test and quality check finished products, stocked in appropriate quantities, assist with stock taking.
Perform housekeeping and firstlevel troubleshooting of equipment as needed, notify Supervisor of any mechanical or material issues.
Maintain equipments and area cleaning on regular intervals, comply with all safety and environmental regulations.
Work on continuous improvement initiatives within Production, comply with the Company's attendance / tardiness standards.

Requirements:

Knowledge of terminology, computer literate (MS Office).
Positive, be proactive, detail oriented and collaborative with good organizational skills to deftly manage the multiple competing priorities of the role.
Possess good working attitude, reliable, analytical skills, flexible, enthusiastic, helpful and selfmotivated.
Ability to prioritize work, meticulous and attention to details and high accuracy of work, result oriented focus.
A great problem solver, ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
Ability to be a team player, works effectively with various levels within an organization, including seniorlevel leadership, professionals and staff and quickly build relationships.
