Description

Our client is a world-leading provider of concierge services. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Client Services Executive to join their high-performing team. They are located in the East.

Responsibility:


Contract Fulfilment/Invoicing:


  • Distribute new/renewed contracts accurately and on time.
  • Monitor existing contracts for upcoming renewals.
  • Issue invoices accurately and handle invoice disputes.
  • Liaise with Operations, Finance, and Marketing to meet client needs.

Account Management / Client Liaison:


  • Provide client activity reports as per service agreements.
  • Respond to client service requests promptly and coordinate with other departments as needed.
  • Prepare and communicate activity reports to clients via telephone and inperson.

Additional Responsibilities:


  • Work flexible hours as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager or management team.

Requirements:


  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in related fields.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent oral and written English language skills.
