Senior Client Consulting Manager

Responsibilities:


  • Playercoach mentality; hands on approach with client work.
  • Own and manage a book of business from the client service side
  • Create and execute a plan to increase usage and retain workstations/ASV
  • Directly manage and develop a team of consultants on that book
  • Set effective goals and conduct performance appraisals for all direct reports
  • Motivate, mentor and provide career guidance
  • Join consultants on client interactions; understand challenges, provide feedback
  • Develop relationships with key client contacts and ensure their needs are met and exceeded
  • Identify sales opps and enhance ASV and product penetration at existing clients
  • Partner w/ other Consulting leaders to strategize and make business decisions for the region (headcount, staffing, etc)
  • Participate in the interview and selection process for new consultants
  • Implement regional initiatives at the team level
