Senior Client Consulting ManagerDepartment:

Responsibilities:
- Playercoach mentality; hands on approach with client work.
- Own and manage a book of business from the client service side
- Create and execute a plan to increase usage and retain workstations/ASV
- Directly manage and develop a team of consultants on that book
- Set effective goals and conduct performance appraisals for all direct reports
- Motivate, mentor and provide career guidance
- Join consultants on client interactions; understand challenges, provide feedback
- Develop relationships with key client contacts and ensure their needs are met and exceeded
- Identify sales opps and enhance ASV and product penetration at existing clients
- Partner w/ other Consulting leaders to strategize and make business decisions for the region (headcount, staffing, etc)
- Participate in the interview and selection process for new consultants
- Implement regional initiatives at the team level
Required Skills:
- Exceptional performance in a client facing role
- Track record of leadership, collaboration and innovation
- High level of enthusiasm, positive attitude and competitive nature
- High level of organization
- Maintain confidence and composure in highpressure situations
- Comfort and ability giving direct, constructive feedback
- Ability to position FactSet favorably against competitors
- Proven ability to ask good questions to uncover explicit and implicit needs
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to run effective meetings internally and with clients
- Proven ability to interact effectively with senior level FactSet and client contacts
- 35 years of client facing experience
