    Roles & Responsibilities

    1. Day to Day monitoring and ownership to timely address in-line SPC/defect/Equipment abnormality, handling and disposition
    2. Manage projects in productivity improvement, particularly for new processes, using process characteristic analytical tool to improve process condition and technology
    3. Establish process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment to ensure line stability
    4. Evaluation and development of new equipment / materials / process
    5. Work on process characterization & development in the most advanced & new logic & specialty technologies
    6. Evaluate new tool/process to meet future technology requirements
    7. Coordinate with cross-functional modules to set up the process for customers and ensure process robustness for Fab manufacturing and production

    Requirements

    • PhD / Masters / Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Physics / Chemical Engineering

    • More than 10 years relevant fab experience

    • Prior 200mm/300mm R&D experience would be added advantage

    • Good interpersonal & communication skills
