- Permanent Position : Service Operation Executive/Service Operations Analyst
- Salary : Attractive Remuneration + AWS + VB + Transport Allowances and Permanent Benefits
- Location : West (Kent Ridge)
- Working Hours : Office Hours, Monday to Friday
- Responsible for compiling installation data from countries in which we operate and presenting them in reports in a timely manner.
- In charge of service operations in Singapore and the region, be able to contribute to improvement of service workflow processes.
- Analysis of data in company information systems and output them in concise reports for service business decision-making.
- Handle service order processing to gain insight into service processes where improvements can be made.
- Collaborate with technical engineers to ensure efficient service operations under ISO 9001 quality management system.
- Possess a bachelor's degree in any field of study or at least 2 years of working experience with sales / business team.
- Experience in Power BI software and MS Excel Pivot
- Possess a good grasp on data analytics and a logical thinking mind.
- Good business communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
