    [What the role is]
    MANAGER, BUS LICENCE SERVICES

    [What you will be working on]

    You will lead a team of staff responsible for the processing of Public Service Vehicle ("PSV") Licences for buses.

    Your main role is to oversee the daily operations of the section, which involves the processing of applications for new and renewal of PSV Licences, bus advertisements and bus leasing, and monitoring the bus operators' compliance with the licensing conditions.

    You are required to lead and provide guidance to staff in the conduct of policy and rules reviews to ensure its relevance and effectiveness, and vet their submissions.

    In the course of your work, you will need to liaise frequently with other government agencies, bus operators, private organisations and community leaders, as well as attend to public feedback.


    [What we are looking for]


    • Tertiary qualification in any discipline with at least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role
    • Strong written, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
    • Independent and able to take the initiative to resolve issues to meet deadlines
    • Proven leadership skills, able to motivate team member, as well as a strong team player
    • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
