Job purpose:


This position is primarily responsible:

  • To provide administrative support for all Business Partner topics besides local HR operational processes, infrastructure and databases.
  • To support the delivery of an effective, expert, customerfocused HR service through promoting and delivering various products and processes within Singapore, while maintaining harmony with the overall HR Asia strategy.

Key activities:


Activities could include, but not limited to:


  • Recruitment
Manage operational activities associated with recruitment, e.g. job postings (internal/external), communication with recruitment agencies, preparing of compensation proposals and hire forms

Contract management:

Assist with the updating and renewing of master contracts with agencies and vendors, communicate with internal departments and vendors.

Various Administrative Tasks:


Assist with the administration of various HR topics across the board including: HR Finance / Invoicing, minute taking, Internal / External Recruitment Administration, HR Project Support etc.


Formal education:


  • University undergraduate/graduate or similar. Students from any school/course are welcome to apply.
- or around 8-12 months of relevant working experience in Human Resources.


Specialist knowledge (work experience, further qualification):

Applicable to all levels:

  • Prior experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • Experience with Human Resource Administration.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exercise integrity and secrecy in a highly confidential environment.
  • Conscious of and comfortable in a diverse employee demography.
  • Strong organization and interpersonal skills as a team player.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Language requirements:
  • Conversant in English spoken and written
