As a Kitchen Helper, you will play a crucial role in assisting our chefs and kitchen staff in preparing and serving delicious meals to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in food preparation, including chopping, peeling, and slicing ingredients.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of kitchen surfaces, utensils, and equipment.
• Help in assembling and garnishing dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Support the kitchen team in receiving and storing food supplies and ingredients.
• Maintain proper food handling and hygiene practices to ensure food safety.
• Assist with dishwashing and maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen area.
• Follow instructions from chefs and supervisors to meet the demands of the kitchen efficiently.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and regulations.

Requirements:

• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals who are passionate about learning.
• Basic knowledge of food handling and safety procedures.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects when necessary.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per scheduling requirements.
• Meal will be provided.
