    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive, integrated communication plans that align with SBF's organisational objectives and are tailored for target audiences.
    • Manage all aspects of internal and external communications including press releases, media relations, social media, website content, and email marketing.
    • Oversee relationships with appointed vendors, ensuring alignment with project and organisational goals, and managing their performance to deliver high-quality services.
    • Monitor and analyse communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for optimisation.
    • Cultivate relations with media outlets, industry experts and the business community to secure coverage and establish partnerships that elevate brand awareness.

    Job Requirements:

    • More than 5 years of experience in integrated communications with a demonstrated track record of success in developing and executing strategic communication plans.
    • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines, and maintaining attention to detail.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to diverse audiences.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms including social media management, email marketing software, and web analytics.
    • Experience with media relations and crisis communication management.
    • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and driving engagement through innovative communication strategies.

    • Proactive in driving project with minimal supervision
    • Strong planning, project management skills and performance oriented
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organisation.
    • Proficient in English and preferably in a second language
    • Highly responsible and enjoys working as a team

    This position will be a 6 to 9 months contract.
