Job Description & Requirements
Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensure project works are conducted accordingto the company's regulations and assist inimplementing the company's rules andregulations
  • To ensure Permittowork, Method statementand Job Safety Analysis are understood by sitesupervisors and workers
  • Assist in identifying any unsafe condition /unsafe act & recommend/implement reasonablypracticable measures to correct the situation
  • Inspect project sites to ensure safety measuresare being carried out at all times
  • Work closely with safety officer and safetypersonnel to ensure safety compliance are met
  • Maintain good housekeeping of all safety andhealth records
  • Follow up on all safetyrelated issues
  • Comply and assist in implementing therequirements of the WSH Act and all itssubsidiary and statutory legal legislations
  • Review, suggest and implement new methodsto improve workflow
  • Responsible for all the site matters includingsafety and other matters
  • Perform any other duties as assigned bysuperior

Requirements:


  • Good understanding and knowledge of theWSH Act & other legal requirements
  • Good interpersonal skills and working attitude
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to speak and communicate well in English
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience asSafety Coordinator
with LTA Project
