Description

Responsibilities:


  • Washing utensils & dishes and making sure they are stored appropriately
  • Sorting, storing and distributing ingredients
  • Washing, peeling, chopping, cutting and cooking foodstuffs and helping to western and fusion dishes
  • Preparation of food items for western buffets, sit down meals and canape cocktails
  • Packing and organising of cooked and uncooked food
  • Cleaning the food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools or areas
  • Any other adhoc duties as assigned by the Company

Requirements:


  • Minumum 12 years of relevant working experience
  • 6 days work week
  • Have initiative and hardworking with positive attitude to learn and contribute
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and a good team player
  • Able to work on weekends and public holiday
  • Able to work within tight deadlines
