Commis Cook - Singapore - TUNG LOK CATERING
Description
Responsibilities:
- Washing utensils & dishes and making sure they are stored appropriately
- Sorting, storing and distributing ingredients
- Washing, peeling, chopping, cutting and cooking foodstuffs and helping to western and fusion dishes
- Preparation of food items for western buffets, sit down meals and canape cocktails
- Packing and organising of cooked and uncooked food
- Cleaning the food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools or areas
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned by the Company
Requirements:
- Minumum 12 years of relevant working experience
- 6 days work week
- Have initiative and hardworking with positive attitude to learn and contribute
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and a good team player
- Able to work on weekends and public holiday
- Able to work within tight deadlines
