Team and Role Introduction:
This role has scope in both Lazada Logistics Cross Border fulfillment team and Lazada Logistics Strategy team.

Lazada Logistics Cross border team is a seller facing business team which co-designs warehouse fulfillment with platform commercial team Under Logistics Strategy team, it ensures regional plans and priorities are implemented in countries via PMO and monitoring mechanism
Responsibilities:

This role drives strategic level business opportunity & solution design with regional platform team and plays PMO role to ensure countries follow through the opportunities.
1. At regional level, drive strategic collaboration opportunities between cross border fulfillment team and platform team including but not limited to develop commercial strategy, facilitate design solution and project management.
2. Content owner of strategic workshop and strategy communication materials with commercial team
3. PMO for strategic project in Logistics Strategy office
4. Develop and implement initiatives to improve overall topdown management effectiveness and ensure actions are followed through from ideas to impact.
5. Owns the process preparation and management of country reviews and ensure country team are progressing on key initiatives
6. Lead process of target setting via OKR, develop and implement OKR operation mechanism and reviews to ensure key objective achievement

Job Requirements

Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
1. Business/Supply chain/Logistics background.
2. MBA/master/bachelor graduates from renown university
3. Consulting or work experience in CXO office preferred
4. Strong business acumen, analytical capability and sensitive to numbers and maturity to deal with senior stakeholders
5. Experience with ecommerce, or cross border logistics is a plus
6. Strong ownership, self driven, able to work under pressure
