Perform Systems Heath Check.

  • Checking & Reply MS Teams Chats regards on System issues
  • Checking websites on tickets, regards on system fault request by clients.
  • To coordinate with contractors onsite on Cables or ATM phone issues.
  • Troubleshooting Systems Faults & Programming request from clients.
Countries need to support for the Systems, (Singapore, Hong Kong, Philippines, Dubai, Luxembourg & United Kingdom).

  • Provide Product Training to clients.
  • Coordinate with third party vendors on System Preventive Maintenance
