    Roles & Responsibilities

    We are seeking dedicated and friendly individuals to join our team as Restaurant Service Crew members. As a vital part of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our establishment.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Greet customers warmly as they enter the restaurant and provide them with menus.
    2. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, making recommendations and answering questions about menu items.
    3. Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure that they are prepared promptly and accurately.
    4. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
    5. Check back with customers to ensure that they are satisfied with their meals and address any concerns or issues promptly.
    6. Monitor dining room cleanliness and appearance, including clearing tables, resetting them for the next guests, and maintaining a tidy work environment.
    7. Handle cash and card transactions accurately, process payments, and issue receipts.
    8. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and efficient operations.
    9. Assist with cleaning duties, such as sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces, to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
    10. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper food handling and storage procedures.
    11. Attend training sessions and staff meetings as required.
    12. Uphold the restaurant's standards of quality, service, and hospitality at all times.
    13. Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the team and meet the needs of the restaurant.

    Qualifications:

    1. Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required.
    2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
    3. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
    4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially when taking orders and handling payments.
    5. Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions.
    6. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
    7. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
    8. Food safety certification is a plus but not required.
    9. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
