Job Description:


  • Perform general repairs that do not require a specialised technician e.g. painting, wall patching, drywall, aircon/electrical/plumbing systems and other building systems.
  • Checking and maintenance of building's equipment and machinery.
  • Perform routine maintenance on building systems such as heating, lighting, ventilation systems etc. to ensure functionality.
  • Attend to Maintenance Work Order and clients/residents' maintenance related request promptly.
  • Check and assist in upkeep of facilities.
  • Assist in any other related duties as and when assigned.

Requirements:


  • Minimum NTC certificate or equivalent (fresh graduates are welcome)
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Mechanical & Engineering(M&E) or related industries.
  • Proven experience as general/maintenance technician in relevant industries.
  • Able to carry out basic M&E repairs and troubleshooting.
  • Basic understanding of electrical, lighting, plumbing and building related systems.
  • Working knowledge of tools, power tools, appliances and devices.
  • Able to follow instructions from supervisors and superiors.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willing to work at construction site.
  • Willing to work outside normal office hours as and when required.
  • Able to commence work immediately or on short notice.
