What will you do?
Responsible for the manufacturing, assembly, and/or packaging of array in a clean room environment.

Operator carry out the production process by closely following the Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instruction Documents, equipment operation, and finished goods packaging.

This position require following cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and working in a fast-paced team environment.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Ensure work performed adheres to ISO 13485:2003 and 21
  • CFR 820 requirements. Noncompliance to operational procedures by the operator is to be reported immediately.
  • Follow all safety requirements and cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) requirements.
  • Follow Work Instruction Document, Standard Operating Procedures and standard works.
  • Record correct and accurate documentation in Production Control Documents.
  • Perform inspection of inprocess and finished product.
  • Participate in PPI (Practical Process Improvements), Lean and Continuous Improvement activities including 5s activities.
  • Daily Schedule adherence.
  • Perform routine and repetitious work within narrowly defined parameters.
  • Operate on the tools with the team and maintain good housekeeping practices in a cleanroom environment.
  • Cultivate good working habits and inform the Technical Specialist of any problem encountered with the tool or product. Inform the shift leader immediately in the event of high tool downtime/defects.
  • Perform work safety with good behavior and housekeeping compliance at all times. Report any unsafe act/environment to Supervisor immediately.
  • Feedback to the Manufacturing Engineers of any inappropriate behavior or habits in the manufacturing line.

How will you get here?

Education

  • Minimum PSLE equivalent and above.

Experience

  • 1 to 2 years of related handson production/processing experience, preferably in wafer fabrication production/photolithography environment.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Able to read and understand basic English
  • Ability to follow complex procedures
  • Adherence to Good Manufacturing Principles
  • Ability to work in a team environment
