Description
Collaborate with sales team, vendors, and partners to facilitate pre-sales technical support. Responsible to develope and design IT solutions cater to customer requirements.

  • Always be fast responsive, attentive and meticulous to customer requirements. Able to develope technical design that taking consideration and solutions proposal based on technology and our product offerings that meet or exceed customer needs.
  • Take charge of checking the technical compliance with refer to the clients requirements. Carry out validation on the developed solutions which usually involves integration between multiple products.
  • Maintain on latest industry and product knowledge to provide technical expertise and perspective to sales team. Able to educate customers through engagements, presentations, solution demonstrations and periodic updates.
  • To provide professional consultation to prospective customers such as to develop viable solutions, testing and evaluation.
  • To work with postsales team to ensure solution is delivered as proposed.
  • Invovled in Tender & Proposal preparation

Requirement:


  • Able to adapt and resourceful in leveraging documentations, internet resources and solution vendors resources to bridge knowledge on new or unfamiliar technologies.
  • Track record in designing solutions required through consultative engagements with clients with considerations to business and technical viability.
  • Prefably exposure with Public Sector project/purchase/landscape.
Well verse and hands on experience (preferable) in any of the following areas:

  • LAN, WAN, SDN, NFV, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, Multicast and IPv
  • Network Security Products such as Firewalls, UTM, TAPS, Antivirus
  • Wireless Technologies such as 802.11ac/ax and Wireless Security
  • Cloud Solutioning, eg. AWS, Azure
  • Network Security technologies such as NAC, IAM, IPSec, antiDDOS
  • DCI, Virtualization
  • Enterprise Technologies such as AD, Backup & Storage, EAM
