Job Description:

The Concert Music Merchandise Promoter is responsible for promoting and selling music merchandise at live concerts and events. This role involves creating and implementing marketing strategies to increase merchandise sales and enhance the overall concert experience for fans. The promoter works closely with the concert organizers, musicians, and merchandising teams to ensure the successful execution of merchandise sales.

Responsibilities include:

1. Set up and manage merchandise booths or stands at concert venues. Display and showcase products effectively to attract customers and encourage sales.
2. Provide exceptional customer service to concert attendees by addressing inquiries, processing transactions, and handling any issues or concerns related to merchandise sales.
3. Coordinate with on-site staff to ensure smooth merchandise operations during concerts.
4. Count Stock and repack stock into boxes

Requirements:

1. Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required for this position.
2. Experience: Prior experience in merchandise sales, marketing, or event promotion is preferred.
3. Flexibility: This role may require working irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, to align with concert schedules.
4. Passion for Music: A genuine passion for music and an understanding of the music industry will help the promoter connect with the audience and musicians.
