- Manage and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly status updates to customer stakeholders.
- Manage project deliverables, resource availability, and governance across project activities.
- Create and seek approval on project schedule of activities and assign them to technical team (i.e., ServiceNow administrators/engineers/developers).
- Propose any risks and relevant mitigation plan, in monthly and quarterly review meetings.
- Effectively minimize or eradicate risk of scope creep or moving target during project delivery.
- Min of 5-8 yrs total work experience.
- 3-4 years of ServiceNow development experience and/or project management
- More than five completed or managed full ServiceNow implementations.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (preferred)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (preferred)
- Certified ITIL4 Foundation Practitioner (preferred)
